Q. How do I buy the coupon of the day?
Just click on the "Buy" button before the offer ends and make your payment through the available options. If the minimum buyers are reached, the coupon is on. If it doesn't attract enough people, the deal will be off and you will get a full refund.
Q. Is MyCoupon safe?
Yes, it is extremely safe. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic payment gateway. Your credit card information or other payment details will not be stored on our servers at any time.
Q. Do I have to use MyCoupon certificate on the same day?
Nope. There will be an expiration date to the deal and you can use it within the specified timeframe. You won't have to use it on the date of purchase itself.
Q. How do I redeem MyCoupon?
To enjoy your coupon, just print out the coupon certificate, which will bear a unique redemption code for identification, and present it to the merchant to enjoy your coupon.
Q. When will I receive my MyCoupon Certificate?
You will receive an email with your MyCoupon certificate after the coupon receives the minimum number of buyers and the coupon timer runs out. However, you can only redeem it after the coupon timer runs out.
Q. When can I start using MyCoupon Certificate?
You can start using your MyCoupon Certificate if the coupon has reached the minimum buyers and as soon as the coupon timer runs out. The start date and expiry date of each certificate will be printed clearly on your certificate.
Q. What if I accidently delete or misplace my MyCoupon Certificate?
You can reprint any unused MyCoupon Certificate by logging into your account and clicking on the "Certificates" tab. Just click on the "Redemption Code" to reprint your certificate.
Q. What happens if the minimum number of buyers is not met?
If the minimum number of buyers is not met when the coupon timer runs out, then the coupon is off. If you have already purchased the coupon, you will receive a refund credit. To avoid missing out on a coupon by not reaching the minimum number, make sure you share the coupon with as many friends as possible!
Q. Do I have to sign my friends up to qualify for the coupon?
No you don't. Our advertising resources and subscribers already ensure extensive exposure to a large group. You'd probably want to share and recommend the good and fun stuff you've found with your friends, family and colleagues too so they can enjoy the value and bargain that you've gained.
Q. What if I photocopy MyCoupon certificate and distribute it?
Because the redemption code is unique, the certificate can only be redeemed once and is no longer valid thereafter.
Q. My name is on the MyCoupon certificate. Can I still use it as a gift?
It will depend on the terms and conditions of the coupon offered by the merchant. Look out for whether it is limited to just one person or if it is transferrable.
Q. Can I split the value of the Coupon into 2 or 3 visits?
No. Unless it is otherwise stated you will not gain credit or cash back for any remaining unused amount. Why not just share the coupon and bring more of your friends!
Q. What happens if the business which offered the coupon closes down?
In the unlikely event that it happens, we will ensure that you get fully refunded.
